The Project Management Office (PMO) has, on the one hand, Project Managers who, together with the project team, ensure that our IT projects are qualitative and delivered to SNCB as smoothly as possible. On the other hand, the PMO also provides guidance and support to these Project Managers during the execution of their projects. We do this by creating procedures and guidelines with a view to being predictable and reliable for our customer. In addition, we take a critical and neutral look at each project in terms of budget and resources. Our team\u2019s efficient and process-driven approach ensures that the delivery of the new IT solution to SNCB and its passengers is quick and qualitative.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
