On the one hand, the teams within Operations provide IT support to all SNCB collaborators. This support is provided by phone (for more urgent cases) or through a ticketing application (ServiceNow). On the other hand, they supply and maintain devices managed by Ypto in the stations or trains, such as ticket vending machines, computers, screens, smartphones, tablets, etc. We are also responsible for fixed and mobile telephony and for the digital radios used by SNCB collaborators. Finally, we take care of the installation and maintenance of physical security systems (such as cameras, fire detection devices, etc.).<\/p>\n

Thanks to the IT maintenance and IT support, an optimal service can be guaranteed so that train passengers can continue their journey while SNCB and Ypto collaborators can continue their work.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
