On the one hand, the Learning\u00a0&\u00a0Development team at Ypto is responsible for the personal development of Ypto collaborators. Its mission is that, by\u00a02024, our collaborators feel responsible for their own development. To achieve this objective, the team identifies the development needs of each collaborators and addresses them (internally or externally) on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, the team members also help create training and end-user material for both SNCB and Ypto collaborators. This can be e-learning courses, webinars, classroom training or quick reference cards. These tools are mainly created as part of IT projects and aim to bring as much help as possible to each user when it comes to using the new IT solution.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
