Together with SNCB, Ypto ensured that all stations and stops were equipped with a ticket vending machine. Thanks to these machines, a customer can buy a ticket without having to queue at the ticket office.

Another similar project is PAO. SNCB got connected to the PAO reservation platform so that tickets for international high-speed trains could be sold there from then on.
