Interview with Juliette
Juliette is one of Ypto’s Young Graduates (Yogy) and works in our team of Junior IT Specialists. We asked her a few questions about her career, her integration and her prospects at Ypto.
What motivated you to join Ypto as a Yogy?
Juliette: Ypto’s Young Graduates programme appealed to me because it offers people who are fresh out of school a permanent contract and personalised support. I’m so lucky to start my career in a company that trusts me and allows me to develop my skills. I feel good within my team and I am involved in some interesting projects. I am also part of a dynamic network with the other Young Graduates. Together, we participate in a variety of activities.
What sets Ypto apart from other employers?
Juliette: Ypto has a unique Young Graduates programme that gives us a clear and stable mission. This means we don’t need to transfer to another department or change functions. I believe that this fosters our commitment and credibility as Young Graduates. Ypto also has a social purpose and promotes PROS values. I can feel respect and solidarity among colleagues, which is essential for me. Other key strengths include the transparent communication within the company and a competitive salary package.
What are your goals and wishes for your future at Ypto?
Juliette: I hope to become an expert in my field and contribute to Ypto’s success. I also want to keep learning new things and develop within the company. I feel supported and valued by the Young Graduates programme, which offers me training and coaching opportunities.
