We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in project management within the IT industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3-4 years of experience in IT project coordination, scrum master or similar roles (2 year internship experience may be considered).

  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Safe, Agile, Waterfall).

  • Basic understanding of ITIL framework is present, specifically around CMDB.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
