As a Senior SAP H2R domain architect with experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAPHCM , you are responsible for SNCB’s SAP and non SAP IT architecture (as is and to be) within the End to end processes for Human Resource Management. 

The H2R domain includes all HR processes from Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent development and management, Certification of specific skills and competences, Time registration, Employee and Manager Self Service, Succession planning, etc. to preparing the payroll information: actual payroll calculations and payments are outsourced. 

As an experienced SAP domain architect being part of our ERP transversal business team, your key responsibilities will be the following:  

  • You are the go-to person within IT when it comes to the domain of H2R  

  • You manage the strategic vision and follow the SAP Roadmap to  

  • You are able to Identify architectural debt and risks within the domain 

  • Ensure a coherent, stable and efficient IT architecture landscape that meets the business needs 

  • You lead meetings with senior business managers in areas of HRM processes, Data management and Employee Data Privacy 

  • You are able to convince a team of senior business users, SAP functional consultants of the to be solutions in line with the architecture 

  • You participate to projects with full or partial scope in H2R 

  • You work closely with our SAP consultants and the business 

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of technology and data architecture within the HR domain.  It is important in this role to have SuccessFactors and S/4HANA experience is an additional advantage.  

More than 10 years experience in implementing HR processes in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors  

  • In dept solution knowledge on SuccessFactors as well as functional knowledge of links with other modules or non SAP solutions in areas like (Workforce Planning & Activity Registration, Competence Management and Learning solutions). Time management knowledge is a plus. 

  • Able to document the HR solutions and their roadmap  

  • Be able to drive solid solution architecture that delivers the desired outcomes for the business, while also ensuring a longer term view of its effect on the overall SNCB IT Strategy and Landscape 

  • Have the ability to adopt strong, logical thinking when solving problems. 

  • Have the ability to identify the core of the problem and establishes options and priorities. 

  • Think conceptually: recognize connections to larger frames of reference (the big picture) and translates between abstract ideas and practical use  

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Stakeholder management, negotiation skills, connective communication. 

  • Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
