From junior to expert 

At Ypto, we consider it important to invest in the talent of the future. Thanks to a tailor-made Young Graduates programme, we offer recent graduates intensive coaching that prepares them for a position at Ypto. This way, as a young graduate, you give your career at Ypto the best possible chance to get off to a good start. After all, today’s juniors are tomorrow’s experts. 

Under the Young Graduates programme, as a Junior IT Specialist, you make the link between IT and our customer, SNCB. You contribute to the digitisation of SNCB and make a tangible impact on the 18,000 SNCB collaborators from behind the scenes. 

For whom is the programme intended? 

Have you recently obtained a higher education degree? Do you have a command of Dutch and/or French and you are able to express yourself fluently in English? Are you also eager to learn and do you have strong affinity with IT? Then we are looking for you! 

What do we offer you? 

We support your development through intensive training and a coaching programme in both people and technical skills. We offer you a growth path with clear career prospects.
