About the role
As a Solution Designer at Ypto, you’ll have a leading role in projects built around Microsoft 365 and related content management solutions. You’ll be the link between business stakeholders, project managers, functional analysts, and technical teams—similar to an internal Product Owner. Your goal? Make sure solutions truly meet business needs while staying practical and compliant.

What you’ll do

  • Lead projects involving M365 and integrations with content management systems.

  • Translate business needs into clear functional designs and solution proposals.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact between business and technical teams.

  • Prepare solution breakdowns, workload estimations, and project proposals.

  • Document solutions for handover and maintenance.

  • Manage the application lifecycle (ALM) and interact with M365 Admin Centers.

  • Apply security and compliance best practices in everything you do.

  • Explore new technologies like GenAI, Agentic AI, Syntex, AI Builder, Enterprise Search, and RAG—experience here is a plus.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years working with M365 applications (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Viva Engage). On-prem SharePoint doesn’t count.

  • Proven experience in:

    • Configuring and customizing M365 and third-party solutions.

    • Creating functional designs and governance policies.

    • Organizing and facilitating workshops (minimum 2 references).

    • Agile practices: sprint meetings, project steering committees (minimum 3 years).

  • Familiarity with security and compliance in an M365 context.

  • Experience in a large organization (22,000+ employees) or the transport sector is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools mentioned above is a strong advantage.

Your profile

  • Fluent in Dutch (C1), with good understanding of French (B1) and English (C1).

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, multilingual environment.
