As Technical Documentation Lead of the Traffic Information area, you will coordinate different technical teams responsible for a.o. technical documentation. You ensure access to the necessary documentation and will also contribute to the writing and editing of the documentation.
Your main tasks are:

  • Federate people with different profiles within the area to make sure that the documentation about Traffic Information is up-to-date and accessible to the relevant teams
  • Coordinate with and support adjacent teams to provide necessary documentation and clarify it in case needed
  • Define writing projects and set team and shared goals
  • Work closely together with Product Owners, Tech leads, DevOps teams, analysts, architects and developers, but also with copywriters to help improving the writing quality
  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Create, maintain and improve technical documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience
  • Ideally you have a technical background
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality technical content
  • Experience managing people and geographically distributed teams working on different project
  • Demonstrated ability to present complex technical information clearly to a technical audience
  • Experience planning and delivering documentation
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams on products for a technical audience, such as developers, DevOps, IT professionals, engineers or scientists
  • Experience working with cloud services or other developer-focused products
  • Experience working in governmental companies and having affinity with sustainable transport is considered an asset
