Program Leadership:
Manage the full lifecycle of IT programs: defining scope, priorities, risks, dependencies, success criteria, and budgets.
Work closely with Business Area Managers, IT Portfolio Managers, and PMO to ensure strategic alignment.
Establish and maintain governance structures, including steering committees.
Stakeholder Communication:
Provide regular updates to stakeholders, PMO, and executive management.
Lead steering committee meetings and ensure transparent communication with all parties.
Team & Project Management:
Supervise and coach Project Managers within the program.
Coordinate resource planning and manage external/internal resources as needed.
Foster a professional, collaborative, and solution-focused team environment.
Program Delivery & Compliance:
Ensure timely and quality delivery of program goals.
Manage budgets, change requests, and potential conflicts.
Facilitate smooth transition to Operations & Support teams post-delivery.
Master’s degree (or equivalent by experience) in IT, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in IT project/program management.
Strong knowledge of project & program management methodologies (PRINCE2 Practitioner, PM² Advanced, MSP certifications preferred).
Proficiency with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
Solid experience in budget management, resource allocation, and team leadership.
Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (spoken & written).
Excellent conflict resolution, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with GDPR, risk management policies, and IT operational standards is a plus.
Experience in building incident management systems if a plus
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
