  • The team consists of dedicated people with a mission to streamline the Software Development Lifecycle, promote a standard way of working with regard to Software Development by supporting best practices for wide-scale adoption within the organization.

  4. Coaching and training people and teams in the above areas

What are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a Senior.Net Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience in software development. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our .Net Architecture domain, coaching team members, and following the evolution of technology. The candidate should be open to working with other technologies and have a practical understanding of DevOps.

Key responsabilities :

  • Being responsible for . Net patterns and shared libraries available to the development teams
  • Coach and guide other development teams on software development best practices.
    Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and incorporate them into our development processes and make available to the development teams.
  • Be open to exploring, learning, and implementing other technologies as required.
  • Collaborate our partne to implement deployment pipelines and enable devops practices to understand and improve our deployment pipeline.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development.
  • At least 5 years of experience in .Net architecture and deployment in a cloud environment (preferably Azure)
  • At least have experience in one other technology (React, PHP, JavaScript, …)
  • Experience in coaching and guiding other teams.
  • Knowledge and practical experience with DevOps and related tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills in Dutch or French and English
