To strengthen our transformation initiatives, we are looking for a Program Manager – Future Operating Model to lead a major, multi-year organisational and technological transformation.

Role Overview

The Program Manager Future Operating Model leads the design, development and implementation of Ypto’s new IT operating model. You ensure strategic alignment, governance, delivery excellence, and stakeholder engagement across multiple interdependent initiatives.
This role requires a seasoned transformation leader with strong experience in IT operating model evolution and large-scale organisational change.

Programme Leadership & Governance

  • Lead the end-to-end Future Operating Model programme, ensuring alignment with CIO and executive vision.

  • Establish and maintain programme governance, communication structures, risk management and status reporting.

  • Define and manage a high-level roadmap, ensuring delivery of concrete results such as ServiceNow onboarding and Blue pilot implementations.

Transformation Delivery

  • Oversee design and rollout of new service-oriented and product-oriented IT operating model components.

  • Coordinate scope decisions related to tooling and processes (e.g., SIAM model, ServiceNow modules).

  • Drive integration and alignment with parallel transformation initiatives (Post-Sprite, NIS2, Hera, SNCB Transformation Office).

Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Identify and engage key stakeholders across Ypto and SNCB to drive adoption of new ways of working.

  • Partner with organisational change managers to embed cultural transformation consistent with corporate values.

  • Coach table leads and facilitate effective collaboration across teams and functions.

Cross-Programme Integration

  • Manage dependencies across IT processes, sourcing strategies, and a multi-vendor ecosystem.

  • Ensure alignment and harmonisation between ongoing transformation streams inside and outside Ypto.

Requirements

Your Profile

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in programme or transformation management within IT.

  • Demonstrated success leading multi-year, multi-workstream business or IT transformation.

  • Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset.

  • Experience within transportation, public sector, or large corporate environments is a plus.

Core Transformation Expertise

  • Deep understanding of service-oriented and product-oriented IT operating models.

  • Proven experience with complex IT operating model transformations.

  • Ability to translate executive strategy into actionable programme objectives.

Technical & Strategic Skills

  • Strong familiarity with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM tools, including use within a SIAM context.

  • Knowledge of agile and DevOps practices.

  • Experience managing multi-vendor sourcing and integration challenges.

Leadership Attributes

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level.

  • Ability to perform under tight timelines and manage complex dependencies.

  • Track record of successfully delivering cultural and organisational change at scale.
